The contained beta glucan helps the skin to help itself. It helps it to maintain and strengthen its own protective film. Beta glucan can increase both the supply of moisture and the skin barrier functions, thus inhibiting wrinkles, redness and irritation. Studies have shown that it can help treat dermatitis, eczema, sores and burns. Other regenerating and nourishing ingredients such as panthenol, lactic acid, macadamia and almond oil and squalane enhance this effect. Due to its vascular stabilizing properties, Horse Chestnut has a positive influence on the skin vessels and the microcirculation, whereby it cosmetically optimally counteracts slight redness on the face.
